Slipmat Records Return Policy

  • We only accept returns for brand new, sealed records with factory defects.

  • No returns for “change of mind,” recording/pressing quality, or other subjective reasons.

  • Check item descriptions and ask questions before purchasing.

How to Return

  • Email sales@slipmatrecords.com to request a return.

  • If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.

  • Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • For exchanges, return the item and place a new order.

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and will be processed back to your original payment method.

Return Process

  • Records will be evaluated for factory defects by playing them in full and recording the playback.

  • If a defect is confirmed, we will issue a full refund.

  • If the record plays perfectly, no refund will be given, and the customer must pick it up.

  • All return and pickup costs are the customer’s responsibility.
