We only accept returns for brand new, sealed records with factory defects.

No returns for “change of mind,” recording/pressing quality, or other subjective reasons.

Check item descriptions and ask questions before purchasing.
How to Return

Email sales@slipmatrecords.com to request a return.

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival.

Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
Exchanges & Refunds

For exchanges, return the item and place a new order.

Refunds are issued after inspection and will be processed back to your original payment method.

Return Process

Records will be evaluated for factory defects by playing them in full and recording the playback.

If a defect is confirmed, we will issue a full refund.

If the record plays perfectly, no refund will be given, and the customer must pick it up.

All return and pickup costs are the customer’s responsibility.
